My New Blog

It was officially announced at our company meeting Wednesday that we have changed our name (yep, again!) to more accurately reflect the regional coverage we have.  We are now "Coldwell Banker Advantage".  A true, undisputable, contributing part of the Coldwell Banker Advantage Family. 

With our last name change, from Coldwell Banker Huff and Pennink, Realtors to Coldwell Banker Huff & Pennink Advantage, we were merged into the Advantage family but remained separate like a cousin that you have met at a family reunion once when you were 5.  Now, we are a sister or brother that might annoy you but is always there for you.

What on earth would a name change mean to you?  This is where it gets good!  Not only can we assist our clients in the Fayetteville/Fort Bragg area, but we know people that can easily assist you and your friends and family in the corridor of North Carolina from the Virginia border down to Fayetteville.
