As an agent, I can't give you certain information on a specific area.  What I can instead do is lead you to the information sources.  I have found and linked a few of these to our website. 

One (Community Profiles) is an area dynamic breakdown.  This gives you great statistics about how an area of interest measures up to the state and nation wide statistics.  If you hover over the "Community Profiles" button, you will find a link to compare two zip codes.  This is a side-by-side comparison of any two areas.  If you are torn between Hoke county and Hope Mills, you can put in 28376 and 28348 and compare the statistics for each.  You will still see the state and national rates as well.  Great information!

Finally, our newest addition is the School Information.  I have linked our NC School Reports site to ours so you can compare your school information.  I like the breakdown available in the "Snapshot".
